I provide individual psychotherapy to adults

I specialize in insight-oriented treatment focused on identifying themes, patterns, and personality traits that influence how you see the world and relate to others. About

How can psychotherapy help?

Our problems are inherently intertwined with who we are as a person. Psychotherapy offers a place to slow down, explore oneself, and come into a fuller understanding of why we do what we do. I will work with you to find the words for your feelings, break free of self-defeating patterns, and determine how the past may be influencing the present. If you're interested in a consultation appointment, please send me a message. Although I do not take insurance, I can provide you with the necessary paperwork for out of network reimbursement.
